The local learning centre's admin confirmed the connectivity issue was related to the hosting provider and although the service is back online, there are some underlying non-platform related issues persists.

Our platform is up and running since the last deployment and the server itself is online. This is a connectivity issue related to the ISP/Hosting provider or local infrastructure.
